GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Art.1. The ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer or to the courier's office. The customer undertakes the obligation to ensure access and the possibility of receiving the goods.

Art. 2. If the applicant does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address, the site is released from liability for the unfulfilled delivery.

Art. 3. Transport costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are paid by the customer upon receipt of the delivery, together with the price of the goods.

Art.4. All product prices are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and do not include the cost of delivery. The merchant reserves the right to unilaterally change the indicated prices, with the changes coming into effect from the moment of their announcement on the site, but do not apply to orders already made.

Art. 5. When ordering, the client must indicate an exact address and telephone number at which it is possible to establish contact with him within the delivery period.

Art. 6. Providing an incorrect address and/or telephone number makes the order invalid and does not bind the site to the obligation to fulfill the delivery.

Article 7. After initiating an order, the customer receives a confirmation email.

Art.8. When processing the order from the site, the specified telephone number is checked for the accuracy of the specified information, address and correctness of the request.

Art.9. The goods ordered by the customer are delivered within 1 to 5 working days to the address specified by him, provided that the order is confirmed by the customer and the delivery address is accurate and valid. The site reserves the right to extend the specified terms by up to 7 days in the event of force majeure circumstances preventing compliance with the officially announced term.

Art.10. The buyer has the right to refuse to receive the goods requested by him under the following conditions:

• In case of obvious discrepancy between the delivered and the ordered goods, this can be established by a simple inspection of the goods.

• If the product or packaging is damaged.

Outside of the listed cases, the applicant does not have the right to refuse receipt and payment for the goods ordered by him.
